Data Engineer

Duties:

• Work w/ team developing backlog of tasks to enable Data Integration project;
• SME on data needs for Workday and Enterprise Data platform;
• Gather req. from Business Finance & IT teams to devise an optimal path to enable them;
• Build complex queries and Python scripts to aid in transfer of data sources into the Enterprise Data Warehouse;
• Build reports providing insights to business using data visualization tools;
• Source, refine, and map data from different sources into a centralized canonical format applying data governance principles;
• Document functional & nonfunctional requirements through data mapping documentation, confluence documentation, or external tools. Essential travel on assignment to various unanticipated client sites within the same metro area.

Required:

• BS in CS, IT/ITM or related field (or equivalent).
• 60 mo exp w at least 12 mo exp in:
